"Eat Well", "Shop Well" and "Save Well" to HELP take care of YOU Think of your core.

Today I did something for myself that I should have done 5 years ago.
In fact it is something that everyone should be doing for at least 5 minuets aday.
247/365(6) per year.

That is working on your inner core muscles.
I am another of three children under 5 and I went to yoga for the first time in over 10 years.
We were working on your core muscles today.

I needed it!
Since having my three children I was informed that I have a three to four gap separation between my inner core muscles due to carrying my children.
But even if you do not have children or are Male with out proper TLC your core muscles will lose there strength and your health over time will be come effected.

Until today I did not know this and is something I will now aim to work on daily and research more about.

"Eat Well", "Shop Well" and "Save Well" to HELP take care of YOU SEPTEMBER 2019 TIME TO DECLUTTER.

with my children going back to school, now is the time to declutter and get rid of anything that you no longer need.
Many of us now with be looking for gifts for the festive holidays so why not look at what you could sell online, swap or donate before taking it to the tip or putting it into the bin.
With most families in poverty or just above the bread line why not look at saving money over the next month instead of spending it.
My task for my readers is to try and do the following.
Save £20.00 this month
Earn £20.00 from selling unwanted items.
Donate 20 unwanted items
Recycle  20 of unwanted items
Swap an item.
Upcycle one item.
I know this might sound over ambitious but when you really think about it people tend to hold so much stuff myself especially so looking around my house there is probably more than 20 things that I could probably donate or sell this month alone so why not try it and then you can have a little bit of an ass tag before the colder weather draws in.
Just by saving something as simple as £20 a month could help towards pay your mortgage or rent your fuel bills the phone bill put food on the table for your family or even buying that gift that you wanted so why not try it and see what happens.

Eat Well", "Shop Well" and "Save Well" to HELP take care of YOU Why not look at making a Snow Globe this Christmas to help reduce the amount of plastic waste or jam jars that you use in your house

"Eat Well", "Shop Well" and "Save Well" to HELP take care of YOU Time for Tea

One thing that I love tea. In my home it is all ways "tea time." So when the boys go back to school I am going to look at different types of teas and where to buy them from.
I am looking at buying teas that are now made in the UK and seeing if they are better for you and if buying "home made" UK teas are better than buying teas made from "overseas."

Eat Well", "Shop Well" and "Save Well" to HELP take care of YOU Cleaning our bins.

One think that a lot of people tent to over look is cleaning.
I myself am guilty of this.
How many of us hand on hart can remember the last time they cleaned any of the following.
Bin
Toilet (all of it/ handle only)
Fridge and freezer (all of it/handle only)
Door handles
Hand rails
Sinks, bath, shower ( all of it/just taps)
Over
Kettle handle.
Floors
Ceilings
Windows
Beds
A lot of these items in the house often seem to be overlooked.
A lot of germs as most of us are aware of from touch contact and transfer and yet it is these main things that we tend to touch on a daily basis that we tend to overlook when it comes to cleanliness.
A lot of the time especially if you work in food industry or any working in establishment they would accept you to clean as you go but again it is something in your own home you tend to be complacent about doing.
One thing I would recommend note however is cleaning your pain after it has been emptied before reusing it this is something that I am aiming to do know that my children are back at school.
I also I'm going to be implementing and no shoes policy in the house.
With regards to cleaning handles fridges freezers and anything in the bathroom I would recommend doing that after every time you use use those items.
Although by doing this you should hopefully reduce the risks of any germ being transmitted having too much of a clean house is not good for the immune system either.
Because natural good bacteria can ultimately end up being destroyed and bacteria that you do want to be destroyed can Wycombe autoimmune to cleaning products.
Also if you are an added cleaner such as my mum you have to think about what is it you're going to use to clean with are you going to use wipes that you throw away which are mainly plastic which then add to microplastics and Plastics in the environment or do you use cloth that can then be washed in your washing machine which again is a risk and adds to energy consumption and ultimately CO2 and greenhouse gases.
Whichever way you look at doing this it is always going to be an outcome to any cleaning that you look at doing around the house I myself use paper towels which I don't can put in a compost bin and then breaks down into compost throughout the year.
I also used cloth that I can wash and I also use Dettol wipes I do not use spray as the chemicals if breeding can cause breathing problems after long-term exposure.
I use this combine way of cleaning in order to try and prevent me constantly using products that are single use Plastics used once and throw away but at the same time you don't want to be cleaning your house only to be harbouring germs and bacteria on the cross that you have used the best option for that is to obviously make sure that you dispose of any cleaning products or wash them as soon as possible.
Otherwise once again you aren't actually cleaning you are just transferring James to another location.
The other thing that I tend to buy a lot of as well is lemon and Limes which again I use because they are a natural cleaning products along with vinegar to clean things such as handles as opposed to buying packets of wipes or sprays which again are ultimately single use plastic and end up 99% of the time in in a landfill.
A x I know a lot of this is teaching your grandmother to suck eggs but everyone is complacent at time and it comes to hygiene especially when you have three little ones running around but now they are back at school I'm in Devon to try and cut down my carbon footprint by using cleaning products that are more environmentally find me to help reduce the amount of wasted but also to prevent any unwanted and unnecessary illnesses that my children and now we pick you up due to being back at school.
