"Eat Well", "Shop Well" and "Save Well" to HELP take care of YOUSpring out your paper work in 2020.

Yes it can be taxing spring out paper work especially if you are like me and just put it in a box and forget about it.

Most companies aim to be paperless now relying on you to have a vailes email address so that you    can log in on line to your accounts.
Yiur accounts for Bill's, standing orders, direct debits, benifits, bank account and many more.
Yet I still get mail for key services providers especially to inform you about any changes and special offers.

But again one should ask them selves how many times to we ever really take the time to read any thing, that comes though the post and not just dismis it for junk mail?
Or check or online details especially personal information and date to help prevent fraud and some one stealing our identity?

One thing that I would recommend doing when you have five minuets is to do just that.
Dust off that papper work checking and then what you jp linger need to burning.  Do not just throw it away that means that someone could use it to steal your identity.
Another thing I would recommend is doing a Google search  on yourselves and see what information appears on line.

If there are things that appear on google that do not seem right or you do not whish to appear in a google search you can contact Google and ask them to remove it.
This can occasional happen when a company moves location the old address and contact details can still appear in google searches.  Some time this can be helpful too because it can show more information about a business and if they may or may not be reportable.

I would also recommend changing your passwords alest one every six months so bussiness encourage or make their staff do sp for security reasons so why not think about doing the same.
Last but not least a credit check to make sure that no accounts, credit cards loans etc have been open that you are unaware of and that you have a strong credit rating before thinking about applying or buying something that may require a credit check before hand.

The last thing that you need is to be turned down due to a poor credit history.
