With my litle ones now getting older.

I question my slef, and think about the way that i have been teachibng them.

Now in my 40's and with so many underline health issuess, i am hoping that i am able to but down a stong foundation for my children.

It is not like thay do not know loss or the mewaning of the word, espicall with them lossing their grandfather at quite a young age.

When I ask them about him they all have wome memory of him, no matter how small.

With only one living grandparend left and a great grandparent, they know that death is just around the coner no matter how old ou are.

That death is just aprt of living.

Yet I still ask myslef is knowing and understanding what death really means, the dame thing?

After all no matter how planed you are for you D-Day it is the same like being born and will not stick to a key time or day.

It wil just happen.

This year is the 20th Year since both my dad and gerandmother passed in the same year and no one excpected this to happen or was perpared for it either.

Now 20 years on o am still sorting out my past, tring to live for now and plan for...

So at this moment in time none of my children are at an age where they would beavle to be an adult, so if over the next 10 years something did happen to me.

The big question one would ask is what would happen to m children??

Too Loof or not to Loof, That is the question.

When it comes to skin care, let's face it, it is some thing that we known very little about.

Most of the guidelines and information are feed to use via social media platform in to days society.

Or many have been pastes down though the family tree depending upon where we live.

But how do we disqish between fact and myth?

How do we stop ourselves from falling i to the pressures of the lasts fad or trend?
In stead of feeling comfortable in our own skin(s) and learn that what may be "good for the goose, is not good for the gander."

The truth is that is is not easy especially i belive more for women than men.

Due to women always put under pressure by society to fix into a certain ag2 category, to alwa6s look flawless and not just to beable to age gracefully.

Or am I just being bias?

Now that I am in my 40s and my children are a bit more self stating and am personal going to start looking more ar my life style choice.

Plus sharing some of my personal of wisdom soo to speak.

So for me the fist thing I am going to talk about is my skin and see what may or may not work to take care of it better.

Sadly thei4 is no quick fix.

So if this has peaked your interest please say hi in the coment section.

Pl2ase feel free to follow my blog from April 2026.

Saturnalia Explained

Happy Satunalia December 17 to December 23

Saturnalia is an ancient Roman festival and holiday in honour of the god Saturn, held on 17 December in the Julian calendar and later expanded with festivities until 19 December.

By the 1st century BC, the celebration had been extended until 23 December, for a total of seven days of festivities. The holiday was celebrated with a sacrifice at the Temple of Saturn, in the Roman Forum, and a public banquet, followed by private gift-giving, continual partying, and a carnival atmosphere that overturned Roman social norms: gambling was permitted, and masters provided table service for their slaves as it was seen as a time of liberty for both slaves and freedmen alike.

A common custom was the election of a "King of the Saturnalia", who gave orders to people, which were followed and presided over the merrymaking. The gifts exchanged were usually gag gifts or small figurines made of wax or pottery known as sigillaria. The poet Catullus called it "the best of days".
